Bettany, who appeared in three Marvel films and WandaVision, will reprise his role as the Marvel character Vision in the series. Spader is reprising his MCU role of Ultron.
Details of the new series have not been revealed, but as we previously reported, the Marvel Vision series had been in development at Disney+ since 2022. It is believed to be centered on The Vision (Bettany) trying to regain his memory and humanity. After he was killed by Thanos in 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War, Vision returned in 2021’s WandaVision.
Stashwick recurred as Captain Liam Shaw on Picard. His series credits also include 12 Monkeys, The Originals and S.W.A.T. His casting was first reported by THR.
