Today show chaos as Sarah Abo scrambles with just 30 seconds until on-air: 'Sabotage'
The Today show desk descended into chaos first thing on Monday morning with Brooke Boney left shocked.
The Today show descended into chaos on Monday morning, with Sarah Abo left scrambling just 30 seconds before the hosts were due to go live on-air.
A video posted to the show’s Instagram page shows Today Show producers frantically trying to clean up the set after host Sarah Abo spilled her coffee all over the desk and her laptop, with just seconds until the show was supposed to start.
“30 seconds?” Sarah can be heard screaming as she desperately tries to clean up the mess in the clip.
Her fill-in co-host for the day, James Bracey is seen shaking off his laptop as he says: “Get a new Karlos this is what happens.”
“Quick everybody, all hands on deck,” Sarah says as she grabs a tissue and tries to soak up the coffee.

Sarah’s Today show co-host, Karl Stefanovic, is currently enjoying a European holiday with his wife Jasmine, with the pair spotted looking dapper at the wedding of chef Guillaume Brahimi and billionaire chicken heiress Tamie Ingham last week.
The couple said ‘I do’ at the lavish Musée Rodin in Paris, in front of high-profile guests, including News Corp co-chairman Lachlan Murdoch, Nova FM host Michael 'Wippa' Wipfli and AFL CEO Gillon McLachlan.
Jasmine Stefanovic founded the designer shoe label Mara & Mine with Tamie and acted as a bridesmaid on the day. Meanwhile, Karl, who is also a close friend of the couple, was the MC.
