A TikTok user has shared a secret hack that disguises apps on an iPhone, allowing cheaters to hide dating apps like Tinder and Bumble on their phones from their suspecting partners.

TikTok user @Kaansanity shares tech tips to his 4.4 million followers, but some might not be too happy he's shared this tip.

The 21-year-old showed how you can disguise any app by making it appear as something more mundane.

For his example, he uses Tinder and says you should open the Shortcuts app, click the plus button and then 'Add Action'.

You then search for the 'Open App' option and then click on a button with multicoloured squares, you then add the app to your home screen and can change its name to anything, in this example he uses 'Weather' and then chooses a photo to match.

When he returns to the home screen and clicks on what looks like the weather app, Tinder opens instead.

Many commenters have said the hack has made them suspicious of their partners.

"Why you teaching shady people to be more shady?" one user commented.

"OK well now I'm about [to] click on all my man's apps," another added.

"Me too!" someone wrote in response.

"Yes but it still shows up in the App Library. I hate iPhones," one man, who apparently uses the hack wrote.

"The negativity I don't need in 2021 and the rest of my life!" someone else wrote.

On a completely different note, a lot of commenters also pointed out the fact there's a man hiding in the wardrobe behind the TikToker when he first starts speaking - very creepy, did you spot this?
