'You're an idiot!': Project host Tommy Little roasted for dating blunder

He’s known for his unflappable charm but The Project host Tommy Little was left red-faced and lost for words after a past dating blunder was exposed on national television.

In an exclusive clip released ahead of his appearance on tonight’s episode of Hughesy, We Have A Problem, the 35-year-old funnyman cops a roasting from his co-stars for ‘ghosting’ a potential partner.

The woman in question - known as Maddy from Melbourne - claims that she ‘matched’ with Tommy on popular dating app Hinge only to have him promptly ‘unmatch’ with her following a brief conversation about pineapple on pizza.

“What’s a girl to do?” the blonde asks in a video submitted to the show, prompting HWHAP host Dave ‘Hughesy’ Hughes to unleash on his fellow comedian.

“The women of Australia, and a lot of the men, are thinking ‘Tommy Little is an arsehole’,” Hughesy declares before his flustered guest can even get a word in.

“You’re an idiot because she’s beautiful,” Tommy’s co-panellist Denise Scott scolds.

After being linked to a string of Bachelor beauties - including Abbie Chatfield - Tommy recently revealed he’s since coupled up with a new woman.
