The Block: Wild detail about Eliza's friendship with radio host Andy Lee revealed
The Block's Eliza Paschke worked as Hamish and Andy's assistant for 10 years before appearing on the show.
It’s no secret that The Block’s Eliza Paschke worked very closely with radio duo Hamish Blake and Andy Lee for ten years, but new details have emerged about how close the House 5 renovator actually was with the celebrity pair.
According to So Dramatic!, one fan of the show has uncovered a very interesting slice of evidence about their time together while listening back to an old episode of the Hamish & Andy podcast from July last year.
“Eliza’s really minimising her Hamish and Andy connection on The Block,” the viewer told the publication.
During the episode, it’s believed Hamish and Andy rang Andy’s girlfriend, Rebecca Harding, and pretended to be an insurance company, with the model revealing exactly who she lived with at the time.
According to the viewer, she replied: “Rebecca Harding, Andy Lee and Eliza Paschke!”.

The clip was posted on Reddit thanks to an eagle-eyed fan, after originally being uploaded in 2016.

Eliza rubbishes Hamish and Zoë Foster Blake claims
Back in August, Eliza was forced to address rumours on The Fox’s Fifi, Fev & Nick show after Andy Lee started a rumour that Hamish and his wife, Zoë Foster Blake, were keen to buy her and sister Liberty's house on The Block.
“He hasn’t even looked at [our house], but they’re very supportive,” she said.
She added that Hamish and Zoë would never consider purchasing her Melbourne home because they are Sydney-based.
