I've always had three major issues when I'm hunting for the perfect bra. First, my boobs sit farther apart on my chest than most bras can accommodate, leading to significant side spillage. A handful of shoppers take issue with the straps. This four-star reviewer wrote that they "love" the bra and that it "washes well." However, they noted that it's "comfortable, but the straps tend to loosen easily."
Meanwhile, this second four-star reviewer explains that the "strap material is not as soft as others, and it is uncomfortable where they attach in the front and back." Still, the "cups are comfortable as always."
