The divorce drama continues for Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert.

In a filing from Tuesday, March 18 that was obtained by PEOPLE, the "We Got Love" artist, 34, claimed her former partner of nearly seven years leaked their "divorce settlement" and requested that the court hold him in contempt.

Taylor alleged that she posted photos of herself and reported new boyfriend Aaron Pierre on March 3 on "Oscar night" appearing "happy and successful" and days later on March 12, her "divorce settlement" was "being shopped" to different entertainment blogs.

Taylor claimed that the "only way" any blogs could have received the "alleged divorce settlement" would have been if former NBA player Shumpert, 34, gave them the documents.

However, according to the model/musician, the former couple allegedly "never entered" into any "settlement" for their divorce, which was finalized on July 1, 2024.

"Everything that either party received in the divorce was awarded by the Court," the filing states.

Taylor also requested a hearing, a $1,000 payment for her ex-husband's "contempt" and payment for all of her legal fees "as a result of respondent’s bad faith, abusive, and vexatious conduct."

On Wednesday, March 19 Shumpert's attorney issued a statement to TMZ Sports denying the athlete leaked the couple's "divorce settlement."

"My client, Mr. Iman Shumpert, has never whatsoever leaked any allegations or claims stated in any of the pleadings," his attorney Stephen C. Steele said. "Mr. Shumpert adamantly denies that he has provided any information to any media. Specifically, but without limitations, he denies that he leaked any information which may have served as the basis for the multiple news reports preceding the trial of this matter."

He added: "As agreed by the parties, and as ordered by the court, he has not, and he will not disclose any of the contents of the now-sealed file, nor will he reveal or discuss the substance or content of any orders or pleadings."

Steele noted that Shumpert will "continue to comply with the court order sealing the details of this divorce."

"He has absolutely no interest in discussing any of these private and personal details with any media or any parties not directly involved with this case," he concluded.

That day, Taylor also took to Instagram Live to shut down rumors that she wanted to have Shumpert arrested for contempt because she believed he allegedly leaked the documents.

“I never tried to send Iman to jail. I’m still not trying to send Iman to jail,” she said in the video, per Essence. “However, I have to file a motion to get him to leave me alone so we can both go and live our life in peace."

The model/musician also claimed that news about her divorce surfaces every time her career seems to reach new heights.

“I post my little picture at the Oscars, and it does 1.4 million views. Then, the next day, all of a sudden, here come these fake divorce settlements,” Taylor said, per the outlet. “That’s the part y’all don’t see. Every time I have something going on, there’s another story about this sealed divorce.”

She also quashed rumors about a settlement.

“Let’s get this gold-digger s--- out the way,” Taylor said. “Every single car that I walked away with, I literally paid for out of my pocket. I bought my tour bus with my hard-earned money. I bought my Maybach after Iman crashed my Rolls Royce and never replaced it. Let’s be very clear, I left with what I came with.”

On March 19, she and Shumpert were also ordered to appear in front of a judge on June 24. The judge also ordered that they have a mediation conference on or before June 23.

Reps for Taylor and Shumpert did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's requests for comment.

In November 2023, TMZ discovered that Taylor filed for divorce from Shumpert in January 2023 — roughly nine months before they announced their separation.

"I mind my business, don't bother nobody & y'all know I've never played about my children, family & our privacy," Taylor wrote, confirming the news on Instagram. "I have not spoken on this private matter to any media outlets or blogs etc."

She added: "So everyone claiming 'Teyana said' didn't get any statements directly from ME. These statements were taken from private court documents that were leaked to the public. It is very heartbreaking that someone would take out the time to make such a private matter public for the world to see."

According to Taylor's filing on Tuesday, March 20, the couple's divorce was finalized on July 1, 2024.
