Terri Irwin shares special photo of Steve and Bindi: 'So many beautiful moments'

Terri Irwin has shared a sweet photo of her late husband Steve Irwin and their daughter Bindi decked out in snorkelling gear in acknowledgement of World Ocean Day.

The image shows Steve and Bindi fresh from a swim together, smiling happily for the camera as they stand on some rocks, snorkels and flippers in hand after exploring the reefs.

Terri captioned the post, "Steve and @bindisueirwin loved exploring the reefs, snorkelling with underwater creatures, and discovering everything from starfish to sea turtles. So many beautiful moments and special memories. #WorldOceansDay."

Bindi responded to the post, writing, "Such a special memory."

Fans across the world flocked to the comments to pay tribute to the late Wildlife Warrior, who tragically passed in 2006, aged 44 after being killed by a stingray.

Other fans pointed out Robert Irwin's striking resemblance to his late father. "For a sec, I thought that was Robert with a young fan," one person said. "I feel like Robert brings back all the Steve nostalgia especially seeing him in the jungle. So glad we have him to help carry on the funny and entertaining side of his Dad’s legacy," someone else commented.
