For her acceptance speech, Swift posed with one of her gold BBMA trophies and wore a black turtleneck accessorized with EFFY's $10,995 14K gold, sapphire, and diamond Panther necklace. With its ferocious and bedazzled panther heads, the accessory looked liked a call back to her Reputation era when paired with black.

Swift previously wore the necklace while out to dinner on November 19. She wore the necklace over a black mock neck top that she paired with a Carolina Herrera black-and-white plaid jacket and skirt set. Her outing at the time also featured three other pricy accessories—a $54,000 gold Louis Vuitton Tambour watch, Fendi's $4,000 Peekaboo ISeeU Petite purse, and Gucci's horsebit slingback platforms.

“Thank you to the fans, because Billboard is counting your stuff. They’re counting what you listen to, the albums that you’re passionate about,” she said over video during the BBMAs telecast. “I count these as fan-voted awards because you’re the ones who care about the albums and come see us in concert. Everything that’s happened with the Eras Tour and The Tortured Poets Department, I just have to say thank you. It means the world to me that you guys embraced the things I’ve made, and the fact that you care so much about my music.”

“This is the nicest early birthday present you could have given me," Swift concluded her speech. "So, thank you very much. I love it. It’s exactly what I wanted.”

The 10 awards comes after a winning year for the pop star, whose recently ended Eras Tour raked in $2 billion in revenue. Swift plans to celebrate her December 13 birthday with friends in New York City, and is reportedly planning to start writing new music in 2025.
