Awards season has gotten underway, and the music industry had their turn on Thursday night as the Billboard Music Awards took place in Las Vegas. Taylor Swift was nominated for an impressive 16 awards -- second behind only country artist Zach Bryan -- including Top Artist, Top Female Artist and Top Hot 100 Artist.

Now that the Eras Tour has concluded after 149 shows, some were wondering whether the 14-time Grammy winner was going to make an appearance on the red carpet, and whether she'd bring beau Travis Kelce for the first time.

Swift wasn't in attendance at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, instead spending Thursday visiting with patients at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City.
