"The emotions have gotten pretty heightened for me and the rest of the team because it’s gotten extremely real for us," Swift, 34, wrote on Tuesday. "Our next city will be the last one of The Eras Tour, and the closing of the most extraordinary chapter of my life so far."

"See you 🔜 , Vancouver. We can’t wait to give you all we’ve got for three more shows. 🥲," she added in the heartfelt message.

Swift's emotional post comes just days after she broke down in tears on stage while playing her final show in Toronto on Saturday, Nov. 23.

"We're at the very end of this tour. So you doing that, you have no idea how much it means to me and to—," Swift said before getting choked up and taking a moment to collect herself.

"I'm just having a bit of a moment, sorry," the "So High School" singer added before quipping, "And it's not even the last show!"

She continued, "My band, my crew, all my fellow performers—we have put so much of our lives into this, and you've put so much of your lives into being with us tonight and giving us that moment that we will never forget."

The Eras Tour—which kicked off in March 2023—will conclude in December, following three shows in Vancouver from Friday, Dec. 6 to Sunday, Dec. 8.
