Sunrise's Nat Barr looks unrecognisable in throwback photo: 'Wow'
Sunrise hosts Nat Barr and David ‘Kochie’ Koch have wowed fans on social media after sharing a number of photos from their teenage years.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, the breakfast TV stars shared their version of the ‘Teenage Dirtbag’ trend which sees people posting throwback photos of themselves as teenagers.
“Nothing like looking at old pictures (and hairdos) from the past,” Sunrise’s official Instagram account captioned the post.
The video begins with current day Nat, 54, and Kochie, 66, wearing matching pyjamas in Brekky Studio and posing back to back.

A throwback photo of Nat is then displayed on-screen where she looks barely recognisable with a retro permed mullet hairstyle.
Another snap features the mother-of-two on her way to work wearing a buttoned-up striped grey jacket with large shoulder pads.
Kochie’s black-and-white year 12 photo is also shown in the video, where he appears to rock a long mullet, as well as a photo of himself with short hair.
A number of fans took to the comments to praise the video and compliment the duo’s teenage appearances.
“Love it,” one person wrote, while another added, “Wow!”
“Great pics!” a third replied.
Others said the post was “hilarious” and “amazing”.
“Love the matchy-matchy pyjamas!” someone else remarked, followed by a different user who said, “Rockin’ the jimjams”.
‘Damn, Karl was hot!’
The post comes shortly after Today star Karl Stefanovic took part in the same online trend and shocked fans with his teenage appearance.
The TV host shared a series of vintage snaps of himself, including one from his school formal, one with long hair, another in a baseball uniform and another where his shirt was unbuttoned most of the way down.
“Was not expecting that,” one user commented alongside a heart eyes emoji.
“Looks like the MAFS shoey guy, Al [Perkins],” another pointed out, while someone else compared him to a young Tom Cruise.
“Damn, Karl was hot!” a third wrote, while a fourth agreed, adding, “My jaw DROPPED”.
