Actress and singer Jessica Simpson has flaunted her incredible 45kg weight loss in a new bikini snap.
The Dukes of Hazzard star posed in platform heels, a beach hat and large aviator sunglasses while wearing a brown bikini with a western-style belt.
"Without 3 kids needing me to hurry, I had the time to accessorise the bikini," she captioned the photo.
"It is the little things that make me happy."
In another photo, Jessica showed off her slim figure in a daring black cut-out swimsuit during a romantic getaway to Mexico with her husband Eric Johnson, with whom she shares three children.
Fans were stunned by Jessica's transformation, with people saying she looked "gorgeous".
"You look AWESOME," one wrote on her latest bikini snap.
"Insane," another said.
"Jess you look great good for you," a third added.
Jessica has been open about her weight loss after she welcomed her third daughter in 2019, posting a number of photos of her transformation on Instagram.
The star’s trainer, Harley Pasternak, previously opened up about how he whips his clients into shape, revealing he tells them to get seven hours of sleep per night, avoid alcohol and ditch the afternoon caffeine hit.
“Celebrities can struggle managing their time but it’s important,” he told The Mirror.
“Go to bed at a certain time, set an alarm and wake up at a certain time.”
“All my clients have a daily step goal. The first is 12,000 steps.
“You don’t need to go to the gym for this ... You don’t need to run, sweat or huff and puff – you could be on the phone to your mum, your clients, your friends… just keep moving, multi-task and enjoy.”
He also recommends his clients cut down on screen time by using their devices for one hour before bed.
Her trainer also told PEOPLE Jessica only went to the gym three times a week.
“My mantra is you get lean in life, and strong in the gym. So the majority of the weight loss actually came from everything she did outside of the gym, and then everything in the gym is about toning and tightening,” he said.
