'Spot the snake!' Internet left baffled over snake catcher's snap

A snake catcher in Brisbane has baffled social media users after sharing a photo of a garage where a snake was supposedly hiding, with many unable to spot the reptile.

"Spot the snake!" they captioned the snap, sharing they were in Sunnybank, Queensland.

"Is this one of those 'there’s no snake' and you are messing with us," one user joked.

"That's your job, not ours," someone else wrote, while many others shared various places they thought it might have been.

After it was pointed out that the snake was sitting just above the saw on the left-hand side of the photo, one user wrote, "It’s great to play this but every time I can’t find it which makes me a bit concerned if I had to do it in real life."

Another added, "Took me a while of zooming but I found it... Wish I looked at this before I tidied my garage today ew hahah."

"Hope I never find one in our shed," someone else wrote.

In another post, the Snake Catchers shared how snakes are often found in garages and are "a frequent victim to garage doors".
