Sophie Monk confirms new boyfriend: 'I've never been so happy'

Sophie Monk has proved she has well and truly moved on from The Bachelorette and ex-boyfriend Stu Laundy.

Posting to her Instagram story the 38-year-old showed off her suave new boyfriend who has been helping her recover from surgery following her endometriosis diagnosis.

“So lucky to have this guy in my life to help me recover,” she posted along with an image of him dressed very dapper in a suit and sunglasses while he holds her in his arm.

She followed that up with another snap of the two of them staring deep into each other’s eyes which was taken on a night out in Sydney’s CBD over the weekend.

“I’ve never been so happy,” she wrote, confirming the pair are dating.

While it is unknown who her new mystery man is, the pair clearly isn’t shy of flaunting how they feel about each other.

In more pictures released from their Saturday date night, Sophie and her boyfriend were seen locking lips outside a Sydney pub.

Who’s the mystery man?

Could this be the boyfriend she met on a flight back in August?

Describing her new man as “normal, down-to-earth and funny,” she spilled the tea on her new relationship on KIIS FM’s Kyle and Jackie O Show a few months ago.

Sophie told the radio duo she met the unnamed man in business class, and the pair shared a cheeky mile-high kiss.

However, it is not known if she was talking about her current boyfriend who she was seen kissing in Sydney.

Wearing a glitzy playsuit with heels, the former Bachelorette star packed on the PDA with the unknown man who was dressed smartly in a suit.

The pair couldn’t keep their hands off each other.

Sophie’s endometriosis diagnosis

On Monday evening, Sophie revealed had undergone surgery at leading IVF clinic after being diagnosed with endometriosis – a debilitating condition that affects the lining of the womb.

She encouraged people to get checked as “many women live not knowing they have endometriosis”.

Sophie’s split from Stu Laundy

At the beginning of this year, Sophie confirmed her split from her Bachelorette love Stu Laundy after a short-lived romance.

“I don’t know how to explain this because it’s an unusual circumstance to be in…,” she said, making the announcement on Instagram.

“But because I entered this relationship so publicly I know I owe an answer to Australia about my personal life.”

“I gave it the best shot I could and my intentions were everything I said I was looking for, but unfortunately it just didn’t work out,” she added.

Well, it looks like things are looking up, Soph!
