Simon Cowell looks unrecognisable after 10kg weight loss
Simon Cowell has shocked fans with a dramatic new slim down at his latest red carpet appearance.
The 59-year-old America’s Got Talent judge wowed fans at the season 14 live show in Hollywood, looking completely different to the man who stood on the red carpet at the same event just one year before.
Posing for the cameras while attending the annual America’s Got Talent’s live show the judge cut a lean figure in a grey jumper and black trouser combination.
A deep tan set off his sparkling white teeth, flashed in a relaxed smile, and the judge gave the camera a ‘thumbs up’ in a jovial display.
Simon’s appearance comes after he fell down the stairs last year during the night, which he claimed was a ‘wake-up call’.
“It wasn’t the end of the world – but a bit embarrassing,” Simon said at the time, in an interview with The Sun.
“If I’m honest with you, I was probably over-tired. I feel better this year than I do this time last year.”
It was then reported that the 59-year-old has gone vegan after discovering a host of food allergies he was unaware of for most of his adult life and lost a whopping 10kg in the process.
Fans raise eyebrows
The diet change has clearly worked wonders for the talent spotter, though some fans can’t help but comment on the overall look, wondering why the judge looks quite so different.

Despite some negative commentary, the judge seemed proud to debut his new look for the talent show’s big live night.
Meanwhile on its Australian counterpart, controversy rages over rehashed acts from other series being recycled for the show.
