“I wanted to introduce very special dresses from our atelier because five months ago we launched our bridal capsule, so we wanted to bring those techniques in our atelier dresses as well,” Tcherassi said. “These dresses are perfect for summer events, weddings and galas. They are inspired by the Mediterranean summer vibes.”

The couture pieces showed Tcherassi’s expertise with ornamentation. Standout styles included a green lace evening dress embellished with oversize sequin tulip appliqués. There was also a matching red and pink evening set embellished with floral decals.

“The collection is all about flowers — three-dimensional flowers — stripes and laces,” she said. “It’s super delicate and super feminine. It’s all about when you feel that you’re really in the spring and the summertime.”

This feminine spirit was also seen in the collection’s rtw pieces. The designer continued her strength in mixing fabrics and textures for standout styles like a multicolored floral lace set with floral appliqués. She also utilized her signature knot motif on new styles like blouses and tunics.

The bright colors and mixed fabrics gave the collection a youthful and playful spin that showed the evolution of her trusted design codes.
