Moore told host Jennifer Hudson that he was in a place of wondering what everything in his life meant after his mother Marylin Joan Wilson-Moore died of multiple sclerosis and a heart condition in 2020.
"My mama was my everything," he said. "I lived my whole life to make her proud and when she left, I was lost."
"I was in a place of so what, like what does it all mean and why am I doing this," he said. "And, then little Frankie came along and that's what it's all about right there."
The S.W.A.T. star, who welcomed his first child in 2023 with Dizon, said that her birth was orchestrated by his mother and God.
"Y'all know that Mama's up in heaven and her dream was to see this happen," he said. "She wanted to be a grandma, and Mama made sure I wasn't alone. And, I can't prove it, but I think between God and my Mama, they made sure that I wasn't alone."
When asked if he wanted to have another child, Moore shared that between Frankie and Dizon's two other children, a son named Kaiden and a daughter named Charli from previous relationships, the house is full. He also confronted his own mortality, saying that he wants to devote the rest of his years to his daughter.
"Whatever time left God willing, I want to give it all to my baby girl," he said.
