Shannon Noll shocks with major physical transformation: 'Jacked AF'
Fans have been calling the singer 'Shannon Swole'.
Shannon Noll has left his followers stunned after he shared a photo on social media showing off his dramatic physical transformation.
The former Australian Idol contestant, who returned to reality TV last year as a contestant on The Masked Singer, posted a gym selfie on Instagram with his impressive biceps on full display.
“I’m loving being back in the gym!” he captioned the post. “My body is responding really well! Thank goodness for muscle memory!”
The What About Me hitmaker also credited his physique to eating plenty of protein and “heaps of eggs”.
