Sex Lives of College Girls Sneak Peek: Ghosts’ Rebecca Wisocky Delivers Withering Takedown (Exclusive)
Is a weekly dose of the masterful Rebecca Wisocky on Ghosts not enough for you? Then you’re in luck, because the actress makes her debut on Max’s The Sex Lives of College Girls this Thursday, and TVLine has an exclusive sneak peek at Wisocky’s formidable character.
In this week’s episode, newbie roommate Kacey (played by new series regular Gracie Lawrence) auditions for the Essex College musical, where she first encounters Wisocky’s intense drama teacher, and let’s just say that Professor Dorfmann is not a fan of the overly confident student. In the above video from another upcoming installment, the professor takes Kacey down a notch (or two or three) when she witheringly critiques her delivery of the line, “Four loaves of bread, please.”
More from TVLine
“Kacey, do you think this is the first time your character has ever ordered bread?” Dorfmann asks, before continuing to rip apart Kacey’s performance.
“I’m obsessed with [Rebecca],” Lawrence tells TVLine of working opposite Wisocky. “She’s so funny and so talented and so grounded. I had the best time doing the scenes with her.”
“It’s fun to have a combative relationship with someone,” Lawrence says of Kacey and Dorfmann’s dynamic. “Kasey comes in so hot to the show, thinking she’s so good at everything, and she gets so destroyed by this woman.”
New episodes of The Sex Lives of College Girls drop Thursdays at 9/8c on Max.
Press PLAY above to watch the sneak peek, and if you’re a fan of both Sex Lives of College Girls and Ghosts, hit the comments to weigh in on which critique is more harsh: Dorfmann’s or Hetty’s with regards to Sam’s wardrobe?
