Christina Hall is selling her $4.5 million Tennessee farmhouse amid her divorce from husband Josh Hall.

The star of HGTV's Christina on the Coast, 41, announced Thursday via her Instagram Stories that she had listed the Leiper's Fork property, tagging her real estate agent Kelly Dougherty. "My Tennessee home is officially for sale," she wrote. "Excited for a new venture in business & real estate."

A source told PEOPLE Friday that her estranged husband Josh, 44, who filed for divorce from Christina in July, has been living in the house since they separated. A temporary legal agreement between the exes filed in September and obtained by PEOPLE gives Josh permission to use the residence as long as it's not being rented out.

Inside the 2017 build includes a wood burning fireplace, natural stone walls, beamed ceilings, walk-in closets, a mud room and a spacious chef's kitchen with double ovens and a gas range.

"Tennessee is gorgeous and the people out there are so nice," she added. "Being out there on all that land reminded me of my favorite childhood memories, which were staying summers on my grandparents' farm. I felt so carefree and loved taking out their quads and hanging with my cousins on all the land."

A year later, in April 2022, she revealed the house would be the setting of a new HGTV spinoff, Christina in the Country, which would also feature Josh and her three children: Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9 — whom she shares with her first husband Tarek El Moussa — and Hudson, 5, whom she shares with her second husband Ant Anstead.

Josh moved out of their shared $12 million mansion in Newport Beach, Calif. in early August. Christina was given sole use of that property, which is her primary residence, in the same agreement that allowed Josh to stay in the Tennessee house.
