See Inside Christina Hall's Tennessee Farmhouse She's Listing for $4.5 Million amid Divorce from Josh Hall
A source tells PEOPLE, Josh has been living in the home since their split, as permitted by a September legal agreement
Christina Hall is selling her $4.5 million Tennessee farmhouse amid her divorce from husband Josh Hall.
The star of HGTV's Christina on the Coast, 41, announced Thursday via her Instagram Stories that she had listed the Leiper's Fork property, tagging her real estate agent Kelly Dougherty. "My Tennessee home is officially for sale," she wrote. "Excited for a new venture in business & real estate."
A source told PEOPLE Friday that her estranged husband Josh, 44, who filed for divorce from Christina in July, has been living in the house since they separated. A temporary legal agreement between the exes filed in September and obtained by PEOPLE gives Josh permission to use the residence as long as it's not being rented out.

Christina bought the 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom, 5,000 sq. ft. home in February 2021 for $2.5 million, according to Zillow, and shared the news of her purchase publicly that May.
Among the 23-acre property's many amenities are a pool, hot tub, three-car garage, a barn and "fenced areas" for animals.
Inside the 2017 build includes a wood burning fireplace, natural stone walls, beamed ceilings, walk-in closets, a mud room and a spacious chef's kitchen with double ovens and a gas range.
She told PEOPLE at the time that she "fell in love" with the area after visiting a friend who had recently moved there.
"Tennessee is gorgeous and the people out there are so nice," she added. "Being out there on all that land reminded me of my favorite childhood memories, which were staying summers on my grandparents' farm. I felt so carefree and loved taking out their quads and hanging with my cousins on all the land."
A year later, in April 2022, she revealed the house would be the setting of a new HGTV spinoff, Christina in the Country, which would also feature Josh and her three children: Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9 — whom she shares with her first husband Tarek El Moussa — and Hudson, 5, whom she shares with her second husband Ant Anstead.
The news of the home's listing comes after Josh had changed his location to Leiper's Fork in his Instagram bio. Christina referenced this move in a follow-up Instagram Stories post.
"I guess 'Leiper's Fork' is gonna have to come off the bio soon," she wrote. "Time to go back to reality soon..."
Josh moved out of their shared $12 million mansion in Newport Beach, Calif. in early August. Christina was given sole use of that property, which is her primary residence, in the same agreement that allowed Josh to stay in the Tennessee house.
Josh’s July 15 divorce filing after nearly three years of marriage cited "irreconcilable differences" and asked for spousal support from the HGTV star.
Christina responded with her own legal filing on July 24, which asked that neither spouse be allowed to request support, and listed the real estate properties at stake in the divorce — including the Newport Beach mansion and Nashville properties.
