Sam Frost praised after post-Home and Away makeover: ‘Jaw-dropping’
Just over one month after it was confirmed that she was leaving Home and Away, Sam Frost has debuted a stunning transformation on social media.
The former Bachelorette took to Instagram on Wednesday to post before and after photos with her hair and makeup done for an upcoming project.
The first snap shows Sam bare-faced and glowing without makeup, while the second features a glamorous look with red lipstick and wavy hair.
“Before & After. Always a fun day working with beautiful friends x,” she captioned the gallery.
Sam’s followers quickly took to the comments to applaud her appearance in both photos, in which they said she looks “absolutely stunning”.
“Gorgeous,” Ricki-Lee wrote, followed by actor Ryan Johnson who remarked that she looks like Elsa from Disney’s Frozen.

“Beautiful with or without makeup,” another added, while a number of others called her “a natural beauty”.
“You’re absolutely jaw-dropping gorgeous,” someone else said.
The actress also shared a behind-the-scenes time-lapse video on her Instagram Story showing her make-up artist applying her lipstick and fixing her hair.
Sam’s new look comes shortly after one of her former Home and Away co-stars revealed that she is now fully vaccinated and likely planning a return to TV.
Lynne McGranger, who plays Irene Roberts on the soap, shared the news with Nova hosts Fitzy & Wippa earlier this week following Sam’s controversial Covid-19 vaccination stance in December.
“[Sam] spoke to me, can I just say the door is not closed, it's very much an open door,” she said.
“There were some issues of course with getting vaccinated but I’m here to tell you she is double vaccinated now, possibly boosted as well.”
The TV star went on to explain that a major factor behind Sam's decision to leave Summer Bay after four years was her desire to be with her family in Melbourne.
“She missed her family, I can’t speak for Sam but she really missed her family down in Melbourne and that’s where she needed to be,” she continued.
“She’s never made a secret of the fact that she does struggle with her anxiety, that is out there and is a great thing to make public, but she needed to be with her family.”
Lynne added that Sam is in a “really good place” at the moment and was likely already “in negotiations” with the show’s producers to reprise her role as Jasmine Delaney in the near future.
