Royal fans have always had a deep love for Prince William and Kate Middleton's children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, and the trio really know how to steal the show when they're out at events – especially Louis! But a royal expert has revealed these public moments might become more rare this year.

Royal biographer Robert Hardman told Marie Claire that we might only see the royal children four times tin 2025. He told the publication, "I don’t think we’re going to see them in any way being shunted into the public eye more than is reasonably expected.

"I think there’s definitely a view that we the public should not expect to see them any more than sort of official royal family gatherings."

The four events that Hardman believes we'll see the young children at are Easter next month, when the royals attend church, Trooping the Colour in June, Kate's Together at Christmas carol concert in December and he speculated that an appearance at VE Day to pay tribute to the end of World War II may be "on the cards".

Editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine Ingrid Seward agreed with the sentiment, telling Fabulous, "I think that we won't see quite so much of them this year. Hopefully we'll see them on VE day."

It comes after the children ramped up their public appearances last year it would seem.

Last year, a photo of William, George and Charlotte with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce went viral after they attended the Eras Tour in London.

Princess Charlotte also attended Wimbledon with Kate Middleton and George attended football games with William.

According to The Sun, a royal insider has revealed that "Kate has always wanted the children to live in the real world".

"She and William don’t want them to live in a gilded bubble. They want them to grow up having the same experiences as other kids," they added, saying Kate hopes to give her children a similar upbringing to her own.

"Since Kate's illness, they have been extra tactile and totally connected during their public appearances, using every opportunity to use touches, glances or mimed hugs to move together, coupled up like ice skaters or ballroom dancers."

She added, "It appeared to signal they were both on strong, repaired form for this event, keeping their signals of utter fondness to a minimum while still keeping totally in sync.

"They walked in together but slightly apart with signs of renewed energy and positivity. William's beaming smile projected ongoing pride in his wife but he avoided all the steering pats and touches that can imply she has some need of support and encouragement."

She added that William's body language when they were sitting "suggests a bit of a bashful crush is still going on in their relationship".
