Royal expert claims Meghan Markle might never return to the UK
Meghan and Harry stepped down as senior members of the royal family in 2020 and she hasn't flown back to the UK much since.
It's been five years since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle sent shockwaves across the UK after revealing they would be stepping down as senior members of the royal family. The pair now live in California, with their two children, Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three.
While Harry has returned to the UK several times since then, Meghan hasn't been back since the death of Queen Elizabeth II, and a royal expert believes she's unlikely to return anytime soon. Arthur Edwards, a longtime photographer of the royals, told The Sun's Royal Exclusive show that it would be a "big moment" if she returned and he would be "surprised" if she did.

"Whether she ever comes to this country again," Arthur said, "That would be the big moment when, when you tell me that Meghan's coming to England, then I'll be surprised, because she managed to avoid it."
"Meghan does it her way, and Harry seems to fall in with that, and that's how it's going to be, I think, until there's a complete change of heart. I mean, it's up to him, and whether Meghan could ever come back here I don't know."
He added that Harry often manages to visit the UK quite discreetly and goes "unnoticed" for the most part when he is there.
"As far as I'm concerned, you know, she's his wife and mother of his children, and he's chosen a life with her in America, which is his choice. He comes back now again here, very, very, I mean, almost unnoticed. Now, you know, he creeps in and out without any fuss."
Prince Harry has been embroiled in an ongoing battle to be given taxpayer-funded security, which he lost after stepping down as a senior member of the royal family.
He has refused to bring Meghan, Archie and Lilibet to the UK without police security, as any private security he can hire himself won't have the proper jurisdiction or intelligence to keep his family safe.

It comes after British royal expert Hilary Fordwich told Fox News, why Meghan and Harry's relationship with Prince William and Kate Middleton is almost beyond repair, "Harry’s whinge fest Spare, with its acerbic accusations against the royal family, particularly his denigration of the Princess of Wales, rendered it the 'final straw' as William told those around him."
She added that William felt he and Kate were "bitterly attacked" in the tell-all, as well as the Sussexes' Netflix series Harry & Meghan.
