Yahoo Lifestyle Riley Keough Reveals She Was 'Arrested Once' as a Teenager—and Shares Mom Lisa Marie Presley's Reaction
Just because she's rock and roll royalty doesn't mean Riley Keough got a free pass from her mom, Lisa Marie Presley, as a teen.
On the latest episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast, the 35-year-old actress—the granddaughter of Elvis Presley—admitted she was "arrested once" when she was a teenager for breaking and entering.
“I went to a party at my friend’s house, but I didn’t know that it wasn’t my friend’s house,” she said. “It was a house for sale. The police came, and most people got away. And then about 10 of us got arrested.”

According to the Daisy Jones & the Six star, Lisa Marie was “pissed” when she heard the news.
“She was like, ‘This is on you girl,'” Riley admitted.
“I was grounded for, like, three months … on my 16th or 15th birthday or something," she continued.
"She was in Las Vegas, and I had to call her and tell her to come back from Vegas and pick me up in prison.”
Unfortunately, Lisa wasn't able to get there, so she sent one of Riley's aunts to pick her up instead.
“She had her rebellious moment,” Riley said. “I also had that, where I would sneak out and hang out with people I wasn’t allowed to.”
Lisa died in January 2023 at the age of 54, suffering a cardiac arrest three years after her only son, Benjamin Keough, died by suicide. In addition to Riley, she was survived by her 16-year-old twin daughters, Finley and Harper.
Following the deaths of her mother and brother, Riley told Call Her Daddy host Alex Cooper that she turned to Reddit for comfort.
“I would literally go on forums because it was such an isolating experience,” she said. “It was so lonely.”
