The actress took to Instagram to share a snap of her transformation while on a rare Aussie outing to the Greater Western Sydney and North Melbourne AFL match on Sunday.
Posing with Channel Seven's Mel Doyle, Rebel revealed the newsreader invited her to the game.
She captioned a series of Instagram snaps, "My first AFL game! Thanks to @gwsgiants and their No. 1 ticket holder Mel Doyle for having us today - only 350 people were allowed in the whole stadium but such a fun experience repping for the West."
After the game she shared another snap of herself in Circular Quay with the Opera House in the background.
Comments came flooding from friends and fans with many commenting about how "beautiful" and "stunning" she looks in the snap.
One follower wrote, "I’m so proud of you , you look amazing," while another added, "Wow Rebel you look smokin’!"
Someone else said, "You look spectacular. Keep at your fitness journey!"
She also shared a snap on Tuesday of herself as she prepares to promote her new Amazon Prime show, LOL: Last One Laughing.
Fans were once again quick to share their supportive comments, with many saying how gorgeous she looks.
Last month Rebel shared a photo where she revealed her health and career goals for the year.
She wrote, "Even if you have to crawl towards your goals, keep going... it will be worth it. Try and give a little bit of effort each day... I know some days are frustrating as hell, you feel like giving up, you get annoyed at the lack of progress... but good things are coming your way."
"What are your goals this year? I’ll be honest with you guys - with my 'Year of Health' mission I’m trying to get to 75kg’s and career wise am trying to get one of my movies into production before the end of the year! Both of these things are requiring a daily effort and there’s constant set backs - but I’m working hard."
Rebel's trainer Jono Castano revealed to E! News earlier this year what "a typical week will look like".
He said, "Day 1: HIIT and mobility, Day 2: weights and resistance, Day 3: HIIT, Day 4: HIIT, Day 5: HIIT and weights, Day 6: rest period, Day 7: HIIT. We focus on plenty of HIIT circuits, but at the same time, focusing on technique and tempo.
"And understanding that each exercise is vital when working at a quick capacity. Another element we focused on was resistance and mobility training to ensure we're covering all areas, including posture."
