Rebel’s transformation a ‘journey’ not a quick fix

Rebel’s personal trainer, Jono Castano, previously told Yahoo Lifestyle that he and his A-list client approached her weight loss journey as a ‘lifestyle change’ and not a quick fix.

The trainer says Rebel’s approach with her "year of health" is so important because she's not trying to lose as much weight as possible in as little time as she can.

“...When we look at fitness, that's how we should look at it, as a change of lifestyle,” he says. “Add better things to your life."
