Rebel Wilson dons swimsuit for underwater photoshoot
Rebel Wilson is proving that she can strike a pose anywhere — even at the bottom of a pool! The Pitch Perfect star shared several snaps of what looks to be an underwater photo shoot to her Instagram on Monday.
“Don’t ever doubt my mermaid abilities,” the 40-year-old captioned the watery pics.
For her aquatic close-up Rebel donned a white swimsuit and left her blonde hair loose so it floated around her makeup-free face in a very mermaid-esque way.
It’s not clear if her swimming selfies were just for fun or for a magazine feature but they certainly caught the eye of her former co-star Anna Camp.
“I love ur mermaid dancing,” she wrote in the comments.
Just a day earlier, the Aussie actor and comedian posted a few photos of herself sporting a sunny yellow frock at a friend’s event. In one of the pics, Rebel is pictured arm-in-arm with an unidentified male pal.

It’s certainly not the first time that Rebel has flaunted the results of her diet and exercise efforts during her ‘Year of Health’. She stripped down to a neon green bikini in late July, leaving her Instagram followers stunned.
That sizzling snap came hot off the heels of a similarly jaw-dropping pic of Rebel showing off her 18kg weight loss in figure-hugging activewear after a walk to the top of the picturesque Barrenjoey Head in Sydney’s Palm Beach.
Rebel’s personal trainer, Jono Castano, previously told Yahoo Lifestyle that he and his A-list client approached her weight loss journey as a ‘lifestyle change’ and not a quick fix.
The US-based Aussie trainer said that his hard work with Rebel has caught the eye of other Hollywood stars.
“And obviously results speak so much, when you get someone amazing results — you know, we talk about Rebel — a lot of people see that and they see the quality of work,” he said.
