Rebel Wilson and tennis star Matt Reid 'could be more than friends'
Rebel Wilson sparked romance rumours when she walked the red carpet of the AACTA Awards earlier this month with tennis star Matt Reid.
Almost a year after splitting with boyfriend Jacob Busch, the Herald Sun reports that whispers in the tennis world suggest the 41-year-old actress and the 31-year-old sportsman "could be more than just friends".
Matt first made an appearance on Rebel's Instagram in a picture with her and Brittany Hockley, who also attended the AACTAs with the pair.
Brittany is dating tennis star Jordan Thompson, which is how she struck a friendship with Rebel, who is a big fan of the sport.

Producer Sam Kennedy also joined the trio at the awards show in Sydney earlier.
Matt shared a photo of himself, Rebel, Sam and Brittany at the Opera House with the caption, "AACTA Awards night with this awesome crew."
Rebel commented on the snap with three fire emojis, with Brittany adding, "OK, James Bond."
Many of his friends and followers commented, saying they'd never seen this side of the sportsman.
"Oh s**t didn’t realise Bradley cooper was in town," one person wrote, with another adding, "Never seen this Reidy."
"Who is this guy!!!" a third said, while another said, "Oh you don’t half scrub up well Reidyyyy."
Others joked that he was now an "A-List" celebrity.
Meanwhile, in Rebel's post, her followers pointed out how happy she looks.
"Your happiness just exudes from your smile!" one follower commented, while Pitch Perfect star Brittany Snow added, "Obsessed."
After Rebel's split with Jacob, she shared with fans that she began dating him before she began her Year of Health last year.
"He's a very private person, so I don't like to give away too much in that department," she said during an Instagram Q&A. "But I will say we dated before I started any of this health journey, as well as now. So that goes to show you, ladies: you don't have to be a certain size to get a boyfriend."
