The real reason why MAFS' Susie named her child Baby

While many people have special pet names for their loved ones like ‘babe’, ‘honey’ and ‘darling’, Married At First Sight star Susie Bradley chose to give her daughter a pet name as her real name.

The 25-year-old revealed on last night’s show her child is called Baby.

Now Susie has explained the exact reason why she chose that specific moniker for her four-year-old daughter.

“When I was in high school, I used to write a list of names I liked for my children and that was always on my list and then when it came to naming our daughter, we just weren’t set on anything so one day I jokingly said to my partner at the time, ‘we should just call her Baby,” Susie said in an interview with The Daily Telegraph.

However, understandably people are often left confused by Susie’s choice of the name Baby.

“On her Medicare card it has her name, Baby, but then it has a full stop after it which signifies she’s not a baby, her name just is actually Baby,” she added.

Many viewers were also left baffled on Monday night’s show as Susie made her first appearance on MAFS to marry Billy, and she introduced her daughter as Baby.

At least it’s a very unique name.
