Ragdoll Cat Attends a Pitbull Concert and Draws as Many Fans As Mr. 305

The influence of social media has enabled ordinary individuals to achieve fame on the Internet. This level of recognition also applies to cherished pets, who often become even more renowned than their parents. This has undoubtedly been the case for one sociable cat.

Though the crowd came for Mr. Worldwide, they were equally thrilled to catch a glimpse this famous cat. Watch this friendly feline’s star rising in a video shared on July 2.

Oh, Louie, the next time you attend a concert, they’ll need to invite you up on stage to pump up the crowd. This beautiful Ragdoll (@louiethelilacragdoll ) may not have been the headliner, but his fans knew exactly who he was. His mom shares that it’s been his “Dream to see Pitbull,” and it appears reality lived up to his expectations.

Like a true rockstar, people squealed with excitement when they recognized him. He and his mom even took the time to show a young child the proper way to pet a cat. How sweet was that? This friendly boy even danced a little with security and met an adorable puppy. What a night! When it was time for the show to begin, Mom put on earmuffs to protect him from the loud music. However, she points out that he thinks he’s unable to move when he wears them. LOL! All in all, his first Pitbull concert was a total hit and a great way to strengthen the bond with his mom.

How Did Ragdoll Cats Get Their Name?

Breeder Ann Baker developed the magnificent Ragdoll cat breed in the early 1960s. Her initial litters were so calm and relaxed that they would go limp when picked up. And since they were floppy like a rag doll, the name stuck! While every cat is an individual, these long-haired beauties tend to be outgoing, intelligent, and gentle.

People were excited to see this kitty living his best life. Viewer @shadystarkness shared, “The person who cried when they realized it was Louie would be my exact as well.” He has quite a fan club. Viewer @dragonhardt responded, “I would also recognize Louie before I ever recognized Pitbull.” His striking good looks make him easy to spot. Another person remarked, “Louie is cooler than me, and I’m totally fine with that.” It seems he’s cooler than most of us.

With plenty of summer still ahead, you might see Louie at a show if you live in Austin. Although it’s been a while since I’ve gone to a concert, I might be motivated to attend if I knew he was going.
