Presley, 79, named Kruse, Walker Wright and others in a lawsuit filed in July, which accused the defendants of taking advantage of the actress and stealing $1 million.

After Walker Wright “vehemently” denied Presley’s claims and requested that the court dismiss her from the case, Presley’s legal team responded with a filing on Thursday, Nov. 7, alleging that Kruse and investor Kevin Fialko introduced her to Walker Wright, which she says “was an essential part” of their alleged effort “to control and direct [Presley’s] finances for their own benefit.”

According to PEOPLE, Presley alleged in the filing, "Though they hid it from me at the time, I now know that Kruse and Fialko engaged in an extensive, far-reaching campaign to isolate me from, and cause me to distrust, my own long-time advisors, to the point where they were able to convince me to replace my advisors with ones hand-picked by them."

"I was completely isolated from my other advisors," Presley said in a sworn statement obtained by Rolling Stone.

She further accused Walker Wright of conducting "extensive communications" with her other attorneys "regarding [Presley's] affairs," such as power of attorney or healthcare directive.

“I am informed and believe that it was Kruse who instructed Walker Wright to prepare those documents and that this was done to facilitate the defendants' control over my life,” Presley claimed in Thursday's filing.

In her initial lawsuit, Presley accused the defendants—which also include Vahe Sislyan and Priscilla Presley Partners—of forcing her into a "form of indentured servitude" by "gaining her trust, isolating her from the most important people in her life, and duping her into believing that they would take care of her (personally and financially)."
