Pop-Tarts Fans 'Have Waited So Long' for Unexpected New Collab: 'I'm in Heaven'
We’re officially in the midst of Girl Scouts cookie season, and if you’re anything like me, you’ve probably already stashed a few boxes of Thin Mints in the back of your freezer and re-upped on your annual supply of Samoas. Whether you prefer Do-Si-Dos or Trefoils, Girl Scouts cookies are a staple top-of-the-year tradition, and no matter how old we get, we’ll always purchase at least one box (or 12). The only looming cloud over the joyous cookie-filled season, though, is the dreaded and almost unavoidable circumstance where you realize your favorite flavor is sold out.

Sure, you could default to second best, but Adventurefuls don’t have the same je ne sais quoi or verve as Samoas, and Tagalongs just aren’t the same. It’s happened to the best of us, but lately we’ve been getting plenty of equally Girl Scouts cookie-inspired products leaving us feeling a bit less dejected on the off-chance that they do run out of our favorite flavors.
From Thin Mints Brownies and mini bars to chipwiches and Samoas-inspired coconut caramel bites, there are an avalanche of cookie-tastic items popping up every day. And those blessing are allowing us to enjoy cookie season well after the last box is sold.

The latest jaw-dropping Girl Scouts cookie collab is coming for your favorite breakfast item, and according to reigning snack authority @snackolator, it's with another nostalgic (and legendary) food. The food creator revealed to the masses that a line of Girl Scouts cookie-flavored Pop-Tarts is heading to a grocery store near you very soon. Score!
Available in either a Frosted Thin Mints flavor or Frosted Coconut Caramel, the iconic toaster pastry is getting an infusion of joyful Girl Scouts cookie-inspired flavor. It appears that the fan-favorite treats will be available in either 8- or 32-count boxes, although there’s no news on price just yet.
It goes without saying that cookie fans took to the comments to express their feral excitement. “I NEED THE THIN MINT POP TARTS IMMEDIATELY,” exclaimed one person, while another simply said, “I’m seated..”
In terms of where to buy, a few shoppers noted spotting the items on Sam’s Club’s website along with a few other major retailers, despite there being no concrete release date yet. We’ll keep our eyes peeled for when these do show up on shelves, but in the meantime, we’ll see you at the cookie table. Just don’t buy all the Samoas.
