Pete Doherty, 42, unrecognisable after embracing healthier lifestyle
Pete Doherty, 42, has come a long way since giving up heroin and ketamine and embracing a clean-living approach to life with the star now entirely unrecognisable.
The rocker hit the stage on Monday night at the annual Make Music Day concert at the Arenes de Lutece in Paris, France and looked world's away from his old self.
Once known for his wild rockstar lifestyle, Pete looked much healthier and happier as he took the stage in a grey suit, striped T-shirt and a flat cap that covered his grey locks.
According to The Sun, Pete has recently revealed he's doing a lot more sleeping, eating French cheese and drinking water since moving the Normandy in France.

The rockstar, who lives with his film editor partner Katia De Vidas, is reportedly enjoying having a slower pace of life these days and even enjoys playing pétanque, a game similar to lawn bowls.
Speaking to the newspaper, Pete said his "guilty pleasure" now is sleeping, a luxury after the days where he used to stay up for "six days".
"For years and years, I would stay up for five or six days and then I would sleep for 24 hours, so now I love sleep," he said.
"At the moment I’m quite clean. I stopped taking heroin and ketamine."
However, Pete says he still enjoys drinking a cocktail or two.
"I like experimenting, making cocktails with champagne, a bit of rum, orange juice, I’m coming across like a bit of an alcoholic, but I’m not — I like a nice glass of water," he said.
"Peter is no longer a bad boy. He's relaxing, settling down and loving the good things in life," one local told the publication.
"We introduced him to pétanque and he's fallen in love with the game. He often joins our club nights when we play."
One source close to the rockstar said, "While lockdown has been tough for so many people, Pete is honestly the happiest he’s ever been.
"He used to live a fast-paced, hedonistic lifestyle. He was the epitome of rock and roll. But the relaxed pace of life suits him more."
They continued, "Over the last few months he has taken his foot off the pedal and has really been enjoying his downtime."
Pete is known for his relationship with Kate Moss, which came to an end in 2007, and famously dated Amy Winehouse, who died from alcohol poisoning in 2011.
Last year, the frontman was charged with driving while disqualified after being stopped by police in the early hours while riding an electric motorbike in the UK. It came after he was caught speeding four times in three weeks the year prior.
In the past, he's pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine, heroin, cannabis and ketamine.
In 2012, he was thrown out of a rehab clinic in Thailand after it was claimed he was a bad influence on other patients and wasn't trying hard enough to get better.
