Pamela Anderson is ready for her red-carpet closeup at the 82nd annual Golden Globes ceremony.
Tonight, the actor arrived at the Beverly Hilton Hotel looking glamorous in an all-black ensemble. The centerpiece of her look was an elegant ball gown, which featured a draped bust and thick shoulder straps. She topped it off with more sophisticated accessories, including a pair of elbow-length black gloves, a silky black clutch, and an array of sparkly diamond jewelry.
This year, Anderson earned her first-ever Golden Globe nomination in the category of Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture Drama for her performance in The Last Showgirl. Other nominees in the same category include Angelina Jolie for Maria, Nicole Kidman for Babygirl, Tilda Swinton for The Room Next Door, Fernanda Torres for I’m Still Here, and Kate Winslet for Lee.
In the Gia Coppola-helmed film, Anderson plays Shelley, a 57-year-old Las Vegas dancer who faces an uncertain future after her show abruptly closes. The movie also stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Kiernan Shipka, Brenda Song, and Billie Lourd.
“I share this beautiful nomination with The Last Showgirl Family, my family, and my hard working companions on this interesting journey,” Anderson said of her Golden Globe nomination in a statement shared to People last month. “It is never too late to dream, to start again, to stay open to possibilities—we are not all so lucky. I wish everyone my love and thanks while I navigate this new exciting chapter.”
