Nikki Glaser avoids 'It Ends With Us' in Golden Globes monologue: 'A hot-button thing'

Nikki Glaser didn't hold back in her Golden Globe Awards monologue, roasting everyone from Timothée Chalamet to Sean "Diddy" Combs.

But the first-time Globes host didn't take aim at "It Ends With Us," last year's soapy summer drama about domestic violence. The movie, which stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, has continued to make headlines in recent weeks ever since Lively filed a legal complaint against Baldoni, alleging that the actor/director sexually harassed her on the set of the film.

"I think the Blake Lively-Justin Baldoni thing is such a hot-button thing right now that even a mere mention of it will seem like I could be on the wrong side of things, even though I would never be," Glaser told Yahoo Entertainment before the Globes. "I also don't want to give his name any – I'm mad I even know his name, to be honest with you, so I don't need to say it anymore."

Baldoni has since filed a $250 million suit against The New York Times, challenging its reporting on Lively's allegations, claiming the publication relied on "'cherry-picked' and altered communications stripped of necessary context and deliberately spliced to mislead."
