Model Steph Claire Smith baffled by son's behaviour: 'Horrible to watch'
"All toddlers are the same. They’re psychos.”
Aussie influencer and model Steph Claire Smith has opened up about the difficulties of parenting her two-year-old son as he goes through various growing-up pains.
Steph, who is mum to Harvey, 2, whom she shares with her husband Josh Miller, took to her Instagram Stories to talk about Harvey's current phase where he likes being around one parent more than the other.
“Is your toddler currently in a phase where they like one parent more than the other? Or they’re being nice to one parent and then mean to another?” the model asked her fans.
She then went on to explain her partner Josh was 'copping' terrible behaviour from Harvey.
“Because at the moment, Josh is absolutely copping it," she said. "Harvey doesn’t want a bar of him, and it’s quite horrible to watch. It’s been exhausting this holiday.”
'They're psychos'
She said she was sharing the story in case other families were out there going through the same thing over the holiday season.
“I suppose I wanted to share it in case there were any other families that were going through the same thing. You know, holidays aren’t the same anymore,” she said.
“It doesn’t mean that they’re not special. They’re just not the same. They’re different to how they used to be. All toddlers are the same. They’re psychos.”

Steph's candid admission comes just two months after she took to Instagram to ask her followers' advice for calming down Harvey from his tantrums.
In November, she said her patience was being tested after her son's relentless screaming.
"Our patience is truly being tested at the moment and Josh and I would love to align on a way of dealing with Harvey's screaming," she said on Instagram, looking emotional.
"He's become so stubborn, screaming when he wants something, it's become non-stop all day and tantrums over nothing," she elaborated.
"We are just lost with what to do at this age. Please suggest books, podcasts or pages we can follow to learn more."
With Harvey due to turn three in May, let's hope the terrible twos are behind the family soon!
