Miranda Kerr recently gave birth to her first child, a boy Flynn, now 2 months old. Looking better than ever, Miranda has just revealed her secrets to her perfect figure and radiant beauty on her Kora Organics blog.

Miranda successfully maintained a healthy body throughout her pregnancy and has already got her supermodel form back after following a healthy diet and caring for her body.

Miranda says that she follows the Blood Type diet and also includes a healthy dose of supplements to maximize her daily nutrition intake.

"I am a blood type A and more often than not I eat specifically for my blood type. I also eat low GI, high alkaline foods, drink filtered water and eat mostly fresh produce and very little meat."

The blood type diet is based on the idea that each blood group has its own unique antigen marker (a substance that the body recognizes as being alien) and this marker reacts badly with certain foods, leading to all sorts of potential health problems. Levels of stomach acidity and digestive enzymes are linked with your blood type. Following a diet designed specifically for your blood type, your body digests and absorbs food more efficiently, with the result that you lose weight.

Miranda's regime is clearly working for the 27 year old Victoria Secret supermodel, who became interested in nutrition from a very early age and even studied nutrition. Miranda has also written a book based on nutrition and power of the mind and recently released Kora Organics, her range of organic beauty products, all while juggling her modelling commitments.

In addition to her vegetarian diet specific to her blood type, Miranda also shared many of her favorite beauty secrets including coconut oil, to which she attributes her blemish-free skin and glossy hair and swears by Tahitian Noni Juice, which can be found in health food stores and is said to promote a healthy cardiovascular system and support the immune system.
Miranda says; "I believe it is important to supplement our food to ensure our bodies have the nutrition required to remain healthy. This is even more important if you do not eat certified organic foods and certified organic fresh produce."
