Miley Cyrus Spoke About The Age Gap Between Her And Boyfriend Maxx Morando: "He Grew Up With A Laptop"

Miley Cyrus gave a rare update on her relationship with Maxx Morando.

The Disney alum and the producer/drummer started dating after being set up on a blind date in September 2021. They reportedly now live together but generally keep things very private.

In a new interview with Harper's Bazaar, Miley, who turns 32 this month, spoke about the slight age gap between her and Maxx, 26. She said, "He looks at life really differently than I do."

"He grew up with a laptop. I had a desktop computer that I shared with my brothers and sisters," she continued. "Honestly, he’s raised our dog off Reddit. I’m like, Are you sure we’re supposed to be doing this? And he’s like, On Reddit it says blah, blah, blah."

As for what their relationship is like, she added, "He’s very similar to me. We just don’t take life too seriously."

She attributes Maxx with why she has "the coolest kid in Brooklyn’s music." In fact, Miley said that Maxx helped produce multiple songs and write the title track on her upcoming album Something Beautiful.

On working with her loved ones, she explained, "I worked with my dad forever. That’s how me and my ex-husband met each other. I’ve always worked with the people that I love. And Maxx just inspires me so much."
