The Met Gala 2023 was filled with weird and wonderful looks, with celebrities paying tribute to the late fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld. Jared Leto took the theme to the next level, appearing on the red carpet as a giant version of Karl’s cat Choupette, while Aussie star Nicole Kidman wore the iconic pink dress from her 2004 Chanel No.5 commercial.
Of course, fans eagerly awaited the stars’ second looks for the famous Met Gala afterparties. Many celebrities decided to jump on the ‘naked dress’ craze that continues to sweep Hollywood, while others simply went wild. From Olivia Wilde to Karlie Kloss, here are some of the most outrageous and revealing outfits.

The model hosted a Met Gala afterparty and appeared in two completely different looks. In one, she slipped into a plunging minidress that had an extremely short hem. She shared a set of photos posing in an elevator on social media, with many saying she looked 'gorgeous'.

The Knives Out star had a dramatic transformation on the Met Gala red carpet, ditching her bulky, black, white and coat dress to unveil her see-through hoop undergarment over a sequinned bikini. For the afterparty, she ditched the see-through undergarment to go wild in just her black bikini.
The Voice Australia coach changed up her look entirely, ditching her long, dramatic and sophisticated black gown for a trendy, casual street style. To finish off her look, she hung a fur coat off her shoulders and donned a pair of dark sunnies.
Jared's Choupette cat outfit was one of the most talked about looks from the Met Gala, so he took the head along with him to the afterparty. He also chose to wear a sheer top tucked into black pants, with black shoes to match.
