Meghan Markle's Inner Circle Speaks Out in Rare Moment About Her Netflix Show: 'So Excited'

The Duchess of Sussex's pals are counting down to the debut of "With Love, Meghan" on Jan. 15

Meghan Markle's closest friends are celebrating her new lifestyle show heading to Netflix.

On Jan. 2, the Duchess of Sussex, 43, used her brand-new Instagram account to share the official trailer for With Love, Meghan, her personal new show premiering on Jan. 15. Meghan served as both host and executive producer for the series, and the promo showed that many of her friends make cameos, with several hopping on social media to issue congratulatory wishes on the day of the announcement.

"Congrats @meghan on the announcement of your new show With Love, Meghan on @netflix it was so much fun to celebrate with you today! 🎉❤️," IT cosmetics co-founder and podcaster Jamie Kern Lima wrote on Instagram on Jan. 2, posting a smiling selfie of her and Meghan together.

"I’m so excited for the world to experience even more of your joy, your heart, your kindness, your humor, your humility, your compassion, your many talents and your LOVE! You’re an incredible friend to so many, including me, and I’m excited to cheer you on as you continue to build, create magic and FLY!" she continued in part.

Kern Lima was one of the many pals who shared the upbeat trailer to her Instagram Stories, as did Abigail Spencer.

"So elated for you @meghan!" Spencer wrote over the video on her Instagram Stories with a twinkle star emoji. "Happy New Year & 20twentythrive indeed! How lucky are we to get a glimpse into your heart-song, magical-thoughtfulness & deliciously wonderful ways January 15th! Can't wait for all to fall in love with #WithLove Meghan," she wrote with a dove. "Thanks for having me over & being truly the most wonderful friend a gal could get. Joy & bubbles abound. Here to learn. I'll get the salt," she said with a wink.

Before Meghan met and married Prince Harry, she and Spencer co-starred together on the legal drama Suits, and Spencer is one of the friends who appeared in the preview for With Love, Meghan. In the snippet, Spencer watched Meghan scoop ice cream, and the friends later sampled a snack together with friend Kelly McKee Zajfen.

The Alliance of Moms co-founder was another who shared the trailer with a loving word on her Instagram Stories on Jan. 2.

"Beyond excited for the world to see you and your magic!!! As I say, 'Come on!' It's just so good!!'  McKee Zajfen wrote, quoting a line she said in it. "Thank you for including me," she wrote with a bandaged heart emoji. "You are the best hostess, mama, wife and best friend. Shine bright," she said, adding stars. "Stay tuned January 15th to see all the magic that is Meg."

Delfina Blaquier issued similar wishes to her Instagram Stories over the trailer for With Love, Meghan, in which they baked together and spent time outside.

"Congrats for the love and hard work you put into this project of yours! So grateful to be a part of it — I can't wait to see all you have to share," wrote Blaquier, a photographer and model. Blaquier is married to Prince Harry's friend, polo player and Sentebale ambassador Nacho Figueras, and is a friend of Meghan. Figueras and Blaquier appeared in the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's most recent Netflix show Polo, which debuted in December 2024.

Tracy Robbins was another pal who appeared in the promo for With Love, Meghan, and had a cameo as she and Meghan clinked their glasses together.

"So excited to share! Congrats my friend," Robbins wrote over the video on her Instagram Stories, adding a heart. Fashion designer Robbins is married to Paramount and Nickelodeon CEO Brian Robbins, and the couple attended a movie premiere and double date night with Meghan and Prince Harry, 40, last year.

Makeup artist Daniel Martin celebrated the Duchess of Sussex's new series on his Instagram grid, posting the preview with a warm word for his friend.

"My culinary confidence is due to @meghan and I’m so excited for you all to watch this ❤️ #MeghanNetflix," he wrote below the video, where they crafted together.

Chef Roy Choi was another who appeared in the teaser for With Love, Meghan and shared it on his Instagram Stories, telling Meghan as they cooked together, "We’re family now."

The Duchess of Sussex's friends who were spotted in the snippet weren't the only ones who celebrated her next venture on social media. Author Lindsay Jill Roth, Pilates pro Heather Dorak, Suits director Silver Tree and photographer Misan Harriman, all friends of Meghan who appeared in the 2022 docuseries Harry & Meghan on Netflix, all shared the show preview to their respective Instagram Stories.

"Proud of you, Meghan," Harriman wrote on another slide, along with a previous portrait he took of Meghan.

With Love, Meghan is the Duchess of Sussex's fifth project for Netflix through a multiyear deal that she shares with Prince Harry, reported to be worth $100 million.

In a statement shared with PEOPLE, Netflix described With Love, Meghan as an "inspiring series, produced by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, that reimagines the genre of lifestyle programming, blending practical how-to’s and candid conversation with friends, new and old."

"Meghan shares personal tips and tricks, embracing playfulness over perfection and highlights how easy it can be to create beauty, even in the unexpected. She and her guests roll up their sleeves in the kitchen, the garden and beyond, and invite you to do the same," the release continued.

The eight-episode show was filmed in Montecito, California, where Prince Harry and Meghan live with their children, son Prince Archie, 5 and daughter Princess Lilibet, 3. With Love, Meghan is a return to roots for the Duchess of Sussex, who previously spotlighted similar content on her lifestyle blog, The Tig, which she ran from 2014 to 2017.

Posting the trailer to her newly unveiled @meghan Instagram handle on Jan. 2, Meghan said she was delighted to share the endeavor.

"I have been so excited to share this with you! I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it. Wishing you all a fantastic new year! Thanks to our amazing crew and the team @netflix. Beyond grateful for the support — and fun!" she wrote below the video, set to the tune of "Do You Believe in Magic" by The Lovin' Spoonful. She signed off the post, "As ever, Meghan."
