Meghan Markle is showing sartorial support for another Colombian designer.

On Aug. 16, the Duchess of Sussex, 43, stepped out on her trip to Colombia with Prince Harry wearing a skirt by Colombian brand Juan De Dios. Meghan wore a white button-down shirt tucked into the Amaime Silk Martellato Midi Skirt in Ivory Green Chintz to the Centro de Rehabilitación Inclusiva in Bogotá, where the couple spent time with members from Colombia's Invictus Games team.

Juan De Dios is run by entrepreneurs Maria Fernanda Valencia and Isabella Gutierrez with stores in Bogotá and Cali, two of the cities the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are visiting on their trip. The brand is committed to social responsibility and gives back to the local area.

"All of our pieces are made in Colombia by women head-of-household using artisanal methods and recyclable yarn fabrics," its website states. Five percent of online sales are donated to the El Banco de Alimentos Cali Foundation, which provides meals to those in need in the Cali area.

"To represent Latin American design across the globe; to exemplify effortless sophistication; to blend Colombia’s artisanal heritage with versatility, fine quality, innovation and environmentally friendly practices," Juan De Dios adds of its mission.

Meghan completed the look with strappy brown mules and gold jewelry, and she swept her hair into a ponytail for the outing.

The fashion statement marked her second time wearing something by a Colombian designer on her trip abroad. On Aug. 15, the kickoff day of Prince Harry and Meghan's visit, the Duchess of Sussex attended performances at the National Centre for the Arts wearing a metallic gold, red and pink dress by Colombian-born designer Johanna Ortiz.

The designer's bio states, "From a very young age, she always gravitated to the beauty and lushness of her native country. The tropical jungles, evergreen mountain ranges and myriad palm trees danced in her dreams where her creativity was awoken. In an urgent need to express the richness of her view, she decided to use fashion as the canvas for her vision."

Meghan sported the Navajo Weaver dress for the event, which marked her third time wearing a dress of a similar silhouette with a center cut-out by Ortiz. The Duchess of Sussex wore multiple outfits by Ortiz during her trip to Nigeria with Prince Harry and Meghan, including the Tropicana Nights dress, per fan blog Meghan's Mirror, which is a similar style to the Navajo Weaver dress.

Meghan is known to wear designers from the country she is visiting on official trips abroad. During her trip to Nigeria in May, she wore a red dress by Nigerian designer Orire while co-hosting a panel discussion on women in leadership. On another day of the visit to Africa, she sported a traditional Nigerian skirt she received as a gift during their time in Abuja.

In a subtler spin on flag dressing, or wearing the colors of a host country's flag while abroad, women in the royal family are also known to pay homage during international trips by wearing brands based in the nation they are visiting as a show of support.
