Meghan Markle stuns in $2,877 bright pink pom pom dress in Fiji
Day Nine: Fiji
Getting right into the relaxed spirit of island life, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped out in their most laid-back outfits yet for their visit to the University of the South Pacific campus in Suva, Fiji.
The newlyweds watched a cultural performance on the effects of climate change, before meeting students studying subjects from agriculture to women’s development.
Prince Harry wore a blue Hawaiian-patterned shirt while his pregnant wife Meghan Markle was dressed in a pink silk frock from the label Figure.
The “Frederica” floral wrap dress, as it’s known, sells for $2,877 on retail website Farfetch.
Day Eight: Fiji
Meghan’s wardrobe choices have been carefully followed since she and Harry started their tour in Sydney last week, and on their first day in Fiji on Tuesday, the Duchess of Sussex was the picture of elegance.
The 37-year-old arrived at Nausori airport in a customised version of Australian label Zimmermann’s ‘long sleeve white dress’, teamed with a delicate headpiece by Stephen Jones millinery.
She also wore her favourite pair of Tabitha Simmons ‘Millie’ pumps (AU $1038) and held onto a Kayu Anna Black Straw Clutch (AU $159).
Day Seven: Fraser Island
Meghan and Harry visited Queensland on day seven of their royal tour, following a busy weekend at the Invictus Games.
A last-minute change of plans saw the Duke of Sussex fly solo for much of the day, as the pregnant Duchess enjoyed a well-deserved break from their demanding 16-day royal tour.
On arrival, Meghan was dressed in a relaxed red polka dot dress by & Other Stories, which retails for a very affordable $163, and quickly sold out online.
After spending most of the day away from the spotlight, she did join Harry in the late afternoon for a stroll along the famous Kingfisher Bay jetty, and met with some royal fans.
She opted for another comfortable and floaty linen dress for that occasion, this time by American eco-friendly brand Reformation, and finished the look with her Sarah Flint Grear sandals.
Day Six: Sydney
On Sunday, Meghan went for a smart casual look when she attended a lunchtime reception in Sydney with Harry.
The Duchess stunned in a crisp black and white outfit, which included a L’Agence Brea pinstripe blazer (AU $772), layered over a black turtleneck blouse.
She wore a pair of black jeans and her favourite black heels, Aquazurra’s Deneuve bow pumps.
In terms of Australian brands, she completed her accessories with an Oroton Avalon Zip Top Crossbody bag (AU $295) she has used before.
Day Five: Sydney
On day five of their royal tour, Prince Harry was dressed in his full military uniform, whilst Meghan Markle wore a stunning black dress by New Zealand designer Emilia Wickstead which retails for $2600, as they attended the opening of the new ANZAC Memorial in Sydney’s Hyde Park.
Meghan completed her outfit with a Philip Treacy fascinator, Tabitha Simmons heels which retail for $1000 and a satin Givenchy clutch which retails for $2600.
Meghan changed into two more outfits on Saturday, first wearing a more casual ensemble – an Invictus Games polo shirt with black jeans from Mother Denim, a white blazer from Altuzzara and the same Tabitha Simmons heels.
Then for the opening ceremony of the games, she was wearing a navy dress, layered with a navy coat and paired with nude heels.
Day Four: Sydney
On day four of their tour, Meghan and Prince kept things cool and casual for their visit to Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach.
The Duchess of Sussex again championed Aussie designers with a $1,615 striped maxi dress from Paris-based Australian label Martin Grant, the same designer who made the trench coat she wore on Thursday and Tuesday.
She later changed into a blue, $2,079 frock by Roksanda Ilincic and swapped her ponytail for a half-up, half-down hairstyle.
Day Three: Melbourne
On their visit to Melbourne on Thursday, Meghan opted for a $1,290 navy dress by Dion Lee, and later changed into a black Club Monaco dress that retails for $518.
Day Two: Dubbo
Meanwhile on Wednesday, Meghan gave a shout out to her good friend Serena Williams by wearing a AU$203 grey blazer from the tennis champion’s label Serena Williams Collection, along with a pair of skin-tight black jeans by Australian brand Outland Denim for her day in Dubbo.
Day One: Sydney
The mum-to-be kicked off her and Harry’s 16-day tour international tour in Sydney on Tuesday with a $1,800 ivory dress by Australian designer Karen Gee.
Later that day, Meghan changed into a pleated, khaki frock by American designer Brandon Maxwell that retails for $2,555.
