Meghan claims Kate 'got away' with mistreatment: 'Never been held accountable'
"Meghan knows the truth and will tell anyone who will listen."
An insider has claimed Meghan Markle feels as though Kate Middleton "got away" with mistreating her and has "never been held accountable" for her actions.
The sisters-in-law have seemingly never had a great relationship, with some sources claiming tensions have been high ever since Meghan married Prince Harry in 2018.
During her 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey, Meghan revealed the story that she had made Kate cry over an incident to do with Princess Charlotte's bridesmaid dress was not true, and it was actually the other way around, with the Princess of Wales making her cry.
Meghan reportedly believes Kate and Prince William haven't taken responsibility for their mistreatment of her and Harry.

"Meghan feels they’ve never been held accountable for the way they treated her when she was part of the royals, have never apologised and have seemingly got away with it," an unnamed source told The Mirror.
They add that Meghan was "convinced" people would sympathise with her after the release of their Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan.
"That hasn't happened," a source tells Closer Magazine. "This isn't how she envisioned things would turn out, but Meghan knows the truth and will tell anyone who will listen that Kate had an edge to her."
'Made me cry'
Meghan recounted the issue of the bridesmaids' dresses to Oprah after reports she made Kate cry.
"The reverse happened," she told the host. "A few days before the wedding, she was upset about something pertaining to — the issue was correct, about the flower girl dresses and it made me cry and it really hurt my feelings."
"And I don’t say that to be disparaging to anyone because it was a really hard week of the wedding and she was upset about something. But she owned it and she apologised and she brought me flowers and a note apologising and she did what I would do if I knew that I hurt someone."
The Duchess of Sussex added, "I've forgiven her."
Harry wrote about the incident in his record-breaking memoir Spare, revealing he found Meghan crying on the floor after Kate demanded all the bridesmaids' dresses be remade only days before the wedding.
