Megan Fox is spilling the tea on her plastic surgery journey. The Transformers actress, 37, went on Alex Cooper's Call Her Daddy podcast this week, where she openly discussed which procedures she's undergone—and what she won't dare to try.
"I'm just going to go through all the things that I've done," Megan told Alex. "I feel like there’s this stigma, and I’m not going to win. However, I hope it sets some people free.”
Megan revealed that she had her first breast surgery at "21 or 22" between the first and second Transformers movie, also noting that she had them done "conservatively." She went on to share she had them "re-done after I was done breastfeeding my kids." Megan had a third breast surgery "recently" to replace her implants due to rippling. She shared that her latest implants are a 32D, and that she wanted "1990s stripper t*tties" per PEOPLE.
Megan also addressed the surgeries she hasn't had: “I’ve never had a facelift of any kind,” she told Alex. "No mid facelift, no lateral brow lift. Although I would like one...and no regular brow lift."
She also added that she's never had a thread lift because she "doesn't really believe they work" and that she's "afraid they’d interfere" if she decides to get a facelift down the road.
She shared that she's also never had buccal fat removal, adding "I'll never have any fat removed...I will only ever put fat in, I will never take fat out—which leads me to, I've never had any liposuction or body contouring or anything like that."
As for her nose, Megan shared she had it done "in her early 20s", noting she has been accused of “six, seven, eight rhinoplasty surgeries,” per the New York Post.
While she has undergone a number of plastic surgeries, she doesn't love going under the knife—especially the anesthesia part.
“I don't like surgery. My body does not react well to general anesthesia, and so when I go to have a surgery, it's a very big deal... I'm very afraid of dying under general anesthesia. I don't take surgery lightly. And therefore I have not had many of them,” she added.
