LeBlanc reportedly "wants to focus on other interests as that’s what is important to him right now...He is financially stable and doesn't really want to be in the limelight anymore."
The source elaborated on LeBlanc's plans, saying of the chance he would ever act again, "He would need the perfect opportunity to return in front of the camera for any role in TV and film as he has silently retired."
Instead, LeBlanc reportedly looked to Jack Nicholson and Rick Moranis as examples of how to smoothly and subtly step away from fame and the entertainment industry.
"They just stopped and decided to live life and be happy with what they did in the past," the source said. "He wants to enjoy life and keep things simple."

LeBlanc has stayed out of the spotlight since Perry's death, with the actor's last Instagram post being his tribute to the late actor last year. He shared images from Friends and wrote, "Matthew. It is with a heavy heart I say goodbye. The times we had together are honestly among the favorite times of my life."
"It was an honor to share the stage with you and to call you my friend. I will always smile when I think of you and I’ll never forget you. Never," it went on.
As for his acting career, LeBlanc's last role was the sitcom Man with a Plan, which aired for four years, from 2016 to 2020. He has been rarely seen in public these days, and his Friends co-stars are reportedly worried about his well-being.
