'Blink and you missed it': MasterChef star hits out at show

MasterChef Australia is back with a bang, with fans lapping up all the drama from the new season, Back To Win.

However, one contestant certainly isn’t feeling the love this year, taking to his Instagram to call out the shows editing, after fans questioned why he wasn’t getting more airtime.

Harry Foster, who first appeared on season eight of the hit reality show before returning this year to battle it out for the coveted title, uploaded a snap online showing him drinking from a bottle of beer.

“MasterChef didn’t send me any photos of my food on the show tonight…..sorry about that,” he wrote on Instagram stories.

Other contestants from the show had obviously received images of their food, as stars like Poh, Reynold and Rose all uploaded snaps from their cooks to their official pages.

When a fan wrote back to Harry’s Instagram story saying: “Wouldn’t even know you’re in MasterChef this season,” the chef simply wrote back saying: “Haha same”.

Today, Harry posted a photo of what he had actually created on last night’s episode, appearing to have recreated the dish while in isolation at home.

“Here’s what I made on the show last night for those who blinked and missed it,” he captioned the photo.

“Butter confit Blue Eye on stir fried kangkong and sweet potato shoots with a gochujang glaze of sorts. Feckin yummy.”

One fan commented on the snap saying: “I am fascinated why they are not giving you enough airtime. I hope that means you are going far.”

Others commended Harry on the dish, saying it looked beautiful.
