The Masked Singer’s celebrity contestants leak ahead of premiere
Just a few days away from the premiere of season four of The Masked Singer, a number of celebrities rumoured to be competing on the show have leaked online.
Channel Ten have already revealed that this year’s season - which stars Mel B, Chrissie Swan, Abbie Chatfield and Dave Hughes on the guessing panel - will feature a Grammy Award winner, a multiple Logie Award winner, a gold medallist, and a contestant who has sold more than 50 million records worldwide.
According to Daily Mail, TV host Grant Denyer is expected to show off his vocal abilities under one of the masks.
Grant, who has won multiple Logie awards throughout his career including the Gold Logie in 2018, came second to Abbie on last year’s season of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
He also returned to the dance floor on Dancing with the Stars earlier this year after previously winning the competition in 2006.

Another celebrity rumoured to be making an appearance on the show this year is Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton, who sold more than 55 million albums with the Grammy-nominated girl group.
Daily Mail claims that Mel B “instantly recognised her voice” underneath the Mirrorball costume.
Meanwhile, Australia’s most recent Eurovision representative and vocal powerhouse Sheldon Riley is tipped to star on the show, as well as former Hi-5 member and Getaway presenter Charli Robinson.
One of the biggest names who has reportedly joined the cast is fellow Spice Girl Emma Bunton, aka Baby Spice.
The publication reports that the pop star was spotted dining with Mel B in Sydney’s eastern suburbs just last week.
Dave Hughes was also recently asked about the rumours that Emma was under the mask during an interview with 101.9’s Fifi, Fev & Nick, however, he refused to comment.
Channel Ten revealed ten of the celebrity costumes earlier this month, including Mirrorball, Zombie, Thong, Blowfly, Caterpillar, Knight, Popcorn, Rooster, Snapdragon and Tiger.
The show recently finished filming in Sydney and will premiere Sunday, August 7th.
“The Masked Singer is coming in hot,” the show posted on social media last week. “Get a little spice in your life, Sunday, August 7, on 10 and 10 play on demand.”
