As soon as the clock strikes midnight and November begins, Mariah Carey is already in Christmas mode.

The iconic singer and "Queen of Christmas" is working with Virgin Hotels to create “All I Want for Christmas”-themed bars across the country just in time for the beloved song’s 30th anniversary.

The hotel brand, in partnership with Bucket Listers, will have Mariah Carey’s Black Irish Holiday Bars in select cities, including Chicago, Dallas, New York City, Nashville and New Orleans, from Nov. 15 through Dec. 29.

The holiday-themed displays will be picture-perfect and full of interactive activities, according to a press release. For example, fans can pose on an oversized wreath to recreate Carey’s Magical Christmas Special album cover or pen a note to the star in the “Letters to Mariah” station. Visitors will also find photo booths and an "All I Want for Christmas is You" neon sign for picture-taking opportunities.

The pop-up spots will serve a range of cocktails made with the “Obsessed” singer’s Irish cream liqueur. Festive drinks like a candy cane-rimmed espresso martini and an Irish coffee sprinkled with edible flowers are options for coffee-lovers. Indecisive drinkers can order a martini flight with a glitter and candy cane-topped white chocolate martini, a cinnamon-spiced tequila espresso martini and a slated caramel bourbon martini.

Carey has previusly spoken about the connection between her line of three cream liqueurs— available in Original Irish Cream, Salted Caramel, and White Chocolate varieties — and the holidays.

"I wanted to create something that embodies the holidays and gives everyone a reason to celebrate year-round, and I really think we have done that with Black Irish,” Carey said in a release at the time of the launch in August 2021.

Carey chose the name Black Irish as "a playful nod to her Black and Irish lineage," according to the press release. Her father, Alfred Roy, was of Black and Venezuelan descent, and her mother, Patricia, has an Irish background.
