MAFS stars Jules Robinson and Cam Merchant share exciting family news

Married At First Sight couple Cam Merchant and Jules Robinson have welcomed their second child into the world, introducing their new son Carter James Merchant via Instagram. The new addition to the MAFS family was born on the 23rd of July, with Cam giving his wife Jules a shoutout in the caption.

"How grateful one can be & my heart is truly full ❤️ as our family grows safely & healthily to 4. Welcome to the world Carter James Merchant. You little chilled legend, you! Born 23/7/24," Cam wrote.

"Our love bubble has been so incredible over the past few days soaking it all up together as a family & so grateful for this incredible time together.

"My goodness @julesrobinson82 just when I thought you couldn’t be any stronger, any more of a warrior.. You again are just so incredible & my love for you & our family continues to reach new heights. Was so proud to be holding your hand every step of the way & thank you for this incredible gift & miracle once more," he finished the post with.

The photo showed Jules, Cam, and their three-year-old son Oliver looking every inch the proud big brother as he held baby Carter.

Over on her own Instagram page, Jules said seeing Oliver meet his new baby brother was one of the best moments ever.

"Seeing our Oliver Chase shake with excitement becoming the big brother and meeting Baby Carter (as he calls him) was one of the best moments E V E R," she wrote. "@cammerchant thank you for holding my hand through what felt like a lifetime, but magic all at the same time. Family of four now 😍🥺❤️ I love you."

Jules Robinson explains special meaning behind baby name

Continuing her post, Jules wrote about the special meaning behind baby Carter's name.

"Carter holds spiritual significance by embodying leadership, wisdom, responsibility, and creativity, representing service, ideals, and community spirit. Individuals named Carter are commonly seen as hardworking, loyal, disciplined, and protective, valuing security and nurturing close relationships," she wrote.
